We’re Hiring: Bilingual Infant Assistant Teacher (6 Weeks–18 Months)

We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and passionate Infant Assistant Teacher who is fluent in both Spanish and English and excited to work with children ages 6 weeks to 18 months.

- Assist the Lead Teacher with creating engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for infants
- Provide warm, responsive, and individualized care to children ages 6 weeks–18 months
- Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, nap time, and classroom transitions
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with infants and their families through daily communication
- Support infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Experience working with infants or young children in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in Spanish and English, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR
- CDA Certification with 5–10 years of childcare experience OR
- 2–3 years of Montessori experience
