What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

• Deliver Hands-On Care: Support patients with warmth and dignity through daily activities (ADLs), regular clinical procedures, and essential comfort care.
• Be the Eyes and Ears: Monitor vital signs and track changes in patient conditions, acting as a crucial line of communication for our nursing and medical teams.
• Collaborate and Connect: Partner closely with an interdisciplinary team under the guidance of our Nurse Manager and Director to ensure seamless, age-specific patient care.
• Keep It Accurate: Maintain high standards of documentation, accurately recording patient milestones and interactions in their medical records.
