About the role
Advantixx is building a centralized Talent Acquisition team to recruit and support high-quality talent across the companies it operates. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an entry-level, full-time role that supports a fair, organized, and responsive hiring process from job launch through pre-hire handoff. This position reports to the designated hiring leader and does not have independent authority to make employment offers or commitments.
What you'll do
• Coordinate job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruiting records across multiple departments and business lines.
• Maintain accurate, timely information in Rippling and other approved recruiting systems.
• Help source qualified candidates through approved job boards, professional networks, schools, community partners, and referral programs.
• Conduct structured initial screens using approved, job-related criteria and promptly escalate concerns.
• Support background checks, reference checks, credential or license verification, and onboarding handoffs as directed.
• Protect candidate, employee, customer, patient, and company information and follow applicable privacy, security, and records-retention requirements.
• Track recruiting activity and service levels and prepare clear status reports for hiring leaders.
• Support recruiting needs across Advantixx-operated companies while maintaining consistent standards and a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Zero to two years of recruiting, customer service, administrative, sales, or coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Comfort learning applicant-tracking systems, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and business software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-company environment and manage competing priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus when relevant to assigned recruiting needs.

This is a full-time, hourly, nonexempt position based at the Advantixx Main Office in Las Vegas, Nevada. Duties, reporting relationships, location, and schedules may be adjusted based on legitimate business needs and applicable law.
