Renaissance Home Northampton is hiring a full time Activities Aide.

An Activities Aide will assist with a variety of activities to meet the spiritual, physical, emotional, cognitive and social needs of the residents. The activities aide works with the Activities Director to create and maintain a well-balanced activities schedule for all residents.

Job Requirements

• A passion to help our senior population
• Previous experience in personal care or similar setting
• Ability to lead and encourage participation in activities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative and energetic with the ability to plan engaging recreational programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
