Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Person (Union)
Department: Maintenance
Hours: Full-Time - 40 Hours Per Week
Shifts: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm - Monday through Friday; Summer hours: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm- Monday through Friday
Wage: $24.09 per hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of supervision, the qualified candidate must have the ability to perform basic janitorial duties; the ability to use electric, pneumatic, and basic hand tools; work with a variety of construction materials; and, the ability to assist in snow and ice control when required. Qualified candidate must have or acquire a CDL license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: All candidates may be required to take a complete physical examination including a urine drug screen and a psychological evaluation, subject to the American Disabilities Act.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Qualified candidate must have a valid New Jersey driver's license
