The Installation Technician deliver, assemble, and install fitness equipment while delivering
an outstanding experience. This role blends mechanical skill, troubleshooting, documentation
accuracy, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, assemble, and install commercial fitness equipment ensuring proper and safe installation methods
- Handle and move heavy objects safely and efficiently
- Maintain truck/van inventory; follow safety and housekeeping standards
- Experience operating and driving a 26’ box truck with lift gate
- Communicate professionally, providing clear next steps and timelines
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve uptime, SLA adherence
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Mechanical/electro-mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand/power tools.
- Commercial fitness or similar field service experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, organized, great communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, local travel (and occasional overnights) as needed.
- Basic proficiency with mobile apps/CRM/work-order systems.
- Forklift Certified
