This role is focused on engaging prospective and existing customers through high-volume outbound calling to promote curated vacation packages and travel experiences. You will connect with individuals who have shown interest in travel promotions and guide them through attractive, discounted offers designed to showcase premium resort experiences. The position combines sales performance, customer engagement, and hospitality storytelling to inspire customers to book memorable vacations. You will operate in a structured, goal-driven environment where communication skills, persuasion, and resilience are key to success. This is a remote-friendly opportunity that offers flexibility while still maintaining a performance-focused culture. - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead sources to promote vacation packages and travel offers
- Present, explain, and sell discounted vacation and resort packages in a clear and compelling manner
- Assess customer eligibility for promotional offers and ensure accurate communication of terms and conditions
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns with professionalism and persuasive communication techniques
- Schedule reservations, bookings, and travel arrangements for customers purchasing vacation packages
- Maintain performance targets related to call volume, conversion rates, and sales goals in a KPI-driven environment
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activity in relevant systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Sales-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment
- Experience in sales, hospitality, call center, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence in a high-volume outbound calling role
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or structured call center setting
- Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Availability to work assigned shifts, including afternoon/evening hours and occasional weekends
- Hourly pay plus uncapped commission structure with weekly payouts
