Retail Sales Associate, Starbucks Barista, Ballard #523 in Seattle, Washington at Gopuff

BevMo! x Gopuff is seeking Retail Sales Associate Associates, Baristas to join our team. This role blends operational excellence with food & beverage preparation to ensure our customers receive accurate, high-quality orders every time. Whether you’re preparing handcrafted Starbucks beverages, managing inventory, or keeping the facility organized, you’ll play a key role in making sure our operations run smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are the same—you may be restocking shelves, preparing food and drinks to spec, packing orders, or supporting inbound deliveries. • Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations recovering the store to maintain cleanliness; and completing various operational projects/tasks
• Performs any other duties as directed by management
• Consistently create a positive customer experience through the utilization of the sales and customer service programs
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge and BevMo! training to make product recommendations to customer
• Provide the customer with solutions, such as product substitutions or special ordering a product when applicable
• Pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers
• Prepare quality Starbucks beverages and food menu items by following recipes, production cards, and presentation standards
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all packaged food and beverage items staged for delivery
• Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items per food safety standard
• Ability to ensure accuracy of items picked/packed
• Complete required Starbucks training and uphold Gopuff and Starbucks safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

• Must be 21 years of age
• Retail, e-commerce, food service, operations or warehouse experience is preferred

• Gopuff/Bevmo pays employees based on market rates, and pay may vary by location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost-of-labor index for that geographic area.
• Ballard, WA: $22.05/hr
• The salary range above reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
