You will work closely with business stakeholders to refine workflows, strengthen data quality, and maximize the value of CRM capabilities.

The HubSpot CRM Administrator will be responsible for managing, improving, and supporting the CRM platform while ensuring data accuracy, effective processes, and strong user adoption across sales and marketing teams.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform to support evolving business needs.
- Design, implement, and optimize sales pipelines, lead management processes, and automated workflows.
- Maintain CRM data integrity by identifying and resolving duplicate records, incomplete information, and data quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits of contacts, companies, deals, tasks, workflows, and CRM records to ensure accuracy and compliance with best practices.
- Monitor pipeline performance and identify opportunities to improve sales process adoption and CRM effectiveness.
- Partner with sales leaders and business teams to provide training, coaching, and guidance on CRM best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to automation, workflows, reporting, and overall CRM functionality.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide ongoing technical support to users.
- Document CRM processes, standards, workflows, and best practices to improve operational consistency.
- Support integrations between CRM systems and other business applications when required.
The ideal candidate will have strong HubSpot administration experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while partnering with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- 5+ years of experience administering CRM platforms, including at least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM features, including Sales Hub, workflows, automation, pipelines, reporting, and lifecycle management.
- Experience designing and improving lead management processes and sales operations workflows.
- Proven ability to maintain CRM data governance, accuracy, and quality standards.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to increase CRM adoption and improve user engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to create reports, dashboards, and insights that support business performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and succeed in a fast-paced remote environment.
- HubSpot Administrator or HubSpot Sales Software certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, CRM integrations, or B2B technology environments is an advantage.
