You will design and drive the architecture of AI agent ecosystems using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
The position focuses on building scalable conversational experiences through RAG pipelines, multi-LLM strategies, and modern cloud technologies.
You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to transform customer experience goals into innovative AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering expertise with deep knowledge of AI architectures and conversational platforms.

The role is responsible for leading the architecture, development, and continuous improvement of AI-powered platforms. The Tech Lead will guide technical decisions, design scalable solutions, and ensure that AI capabilities are effectively integrated into business operations.

• Design and lead the implementation of AI orchestration architectures using Python and intelligent agent frameworks.
• Develop and maintain advanced RAG pipelines for semantic search, technical documentation retrieval, and accurate service diagnostics.
• Define and manage multi-LLM strategies, selecting and routing models based on cost, latency, performance, and technical complexity.
• Build scalable integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems, including APIs, webhooks, CRM platforms, and communication channels.
• Translate business objectives, conversion metrics, and customer experience goals into technical AI requirements.
• Implement conversational AI solutions through messaging platforms and omnichannel architectures.
• Ensure effective use of sentiment analysis and AI insights to support automated workflows and human escalation decisions.
• Drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices across development initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable AI-powered experiences.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python development, AI engineering, and modern cloud architectures. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams.

• Deep expertise in Python development and AI application frameworks, especially LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience designing and implementing AI agent architectures, including state-based workflows and orchestration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and semantic search pipelines.
• Experience integrating conversational platforms such as Twilio Conversations and Meta WhatsApp Business API.
• Strong understanding of large-scale system integrations, APIs, webhooks, gRPC, and CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Azure GPT, Anthropic Claude, and Llama.
• Experience with prompt engineering, function calling, and AI model optimization strategies.
• Knowledge of modern infrastructure technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and AI observability solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service technology environments is advantageous.
