Key Responsibilities:
Leads demand planning and forecasting activities for complex product lines, programs, or business segments to support operational performance, inventory optimization, and customer delivery objectives. Analyzes market trends, customer requirements, and operational data to develop accurate forecasts and planning strategies. Partners closely with supply chain, operations, production, customer service, and leadership teams to improve planning processes, reduce risk, and support strategic business objectives.
Requirements:Key Deliverables of the Position
1) Accurate long-range and short-term demand forecasts supporting operational and business objectives
2) Improved forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and customer delivery performance
3) Effective coordination of demand planning activities across functions and programs
4) Timely identification and mitigation of demand, inventory, or supply risks
5) Accurate planning metrics, reporting, and operational analysis for leadership teams
6) Continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies and planning processes
7) Support of strategic planning, capacity planning, and operational decision-making
8) Technical guidance and support for junior planners or planning teams
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related discipline preferred
· 4–6 years of demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or operational planning experience
· Works under minimal supervision and may act as a lead planner or subject matter expert
