As a Sales Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Sales Specialists focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets in the US market. You will combine leadership, coaching, and personal sales expertise to improve team performance, optimize processes, and support business growth.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Sales Specialists.
- Drive the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain individual sales performance while leading by example.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including revenue, conversion rates, attendance, productivity, and quality standards.
- Conduct daily team meetings, performance check-ins, and regular coaching sessions.
- Review sales calls to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable feedback.
- Create individual development plans and support continuous improvement across the team.
- Ensure sales routines, KPIs, processes, and best practices are consistently followed.
- Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
- Identify high-potential employees and help develop future sales leaders.
- Participate in recruitment processes and support candidate evaluations.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, ensuring accurate lead management, pipeline tracking, and SLA compliance.
- Monitor lead distribution and optimize workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and other teams to improve processes and resolve challenges.
The ideal candidate has strong sales leadership experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced international environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound telemarketing, inside sales, or high-volume sales environments.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and leading sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing teams selling to US customers is highly preferred.
- Availability to work US business hours.
- Strong coaching, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop team members.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working with performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
