Microsoft Dynamics Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and optimize enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.
You will contribute to building scalable business applications that improve operational efficiency and support complex organizational needs.
The position combines hands-on engineering with client collaboration, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
You will work across Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, CRM, and cloud-based platforms to deliver impactful digital transformations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive technical leader who enjoys solving complex challenges and working in a collaborative consulting environment.

Accountabilities:

The Microsoft Dynamics Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver reliable applications, resolve technical issues, and improve business processes through innovative technology solutions.

  • Design, configure, customize, and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies.
  • Support the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of enterprise Microsoft Power Platform applications.
  • Develop business applications using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Implement and support full lifecycle Dynamics 365 projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and optimization.
  • Build and maintain integrations, batch processes, and system monitoring solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution for application, integration, and platform-related challenges.
  • Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, SQL, CRM SDK, CRM plugins, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Support Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Engagement, Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Service Automation.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure platform reliability through proactive issue management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to communicate solutions and recommendations.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and participate in development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide technical expertise and contribute to solution design, architecture discussions, and best practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong Microsoft Dynamics development experience combined with expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and software engineering practices. They should be comfortable working with clients, managing complex technical environments, and delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust clearance.
  • US Citizenship required for this role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, Dynamics CRM, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft Dynamics technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, C#, SQL, .NET, CRM SDK, and CRM plugins.
  • Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
  • Experience with full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Understanding of ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts and Microsoft BI technologies including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Portals, Scribe, integrations, and batch job monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid-Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Consulting experience, public sector experience, or experience with Microsoft partner environments is a plus.
