This role focuses on maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure environments that support critical eDiscovery platforms and applications.
You will be responsible for ensuring operational stability, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and continuously improving infrastructure performance.
Working across servers, networks, applications, and cloud-based environments, you will help deliver seamless technology experiences for clients.
The position requires strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
You will contribute to infrastructure upgrades, automation initiatives, documentation improvements, and long-term platform reliability.

• Implement, maintain, and support eDiscovery applications and their underlying infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable operations.
• Provide technical support for software platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and efficiently route complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Assist application support teams with issue resolution by performing root cause analysis and recommending effective solutions.
• Maintain client environments according to established system requirements, technical standards, and infrastructure best practices.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and support continuous improvements to reliability and scalability.
• Develop strong knowledge of supported solutions and align technical capabilities with customer requirements.
• Provide escalation support to team members and contribute expertise to resolve advanced infrastructure challenges.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, internal processes, and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers by providing updates on incidents, planned changes, maintenance activities, and service interruptions.
• Manage service requests, incidents, time tracking, and project activities through ticketing and issue-management systems.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and improvements across global client environments.

• Proven experience in infrastructure support, systems administration, or a similar technical engineering role.
• Intermediate knowledge of eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, NUIX, and LAW.
• Strong experience administering Windows Server environments (2012 and above).
• Experience with scripting, automation, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft IIS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft clustering technologies and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Experience with firewall administration, with SonicWALL experience considered an advantage.
• Advanced networking knowledge, including Cisco routing and switching; Force10 experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, particularly VMware.
• Experience managing storage environments including SAN, NAS, and DAS solutions.
• Knowledge of Dell hardware and software environments.
• Experience with ticket management, issue tracking, change management, and documentation processes.
• Understanding of the EDRM framework and its application within eDiscovery environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
• Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification or Relativity Certified Administrator certification is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
