Job Description

About XRHEALTH INC

XRHealth is a global leader in immersive healthcare, providing FDA-registered, AI-powered virtual reality therapy solutions for physical, cognitive, and behavioral health. Through XRHealth America, our U.S. commercialization business, we deliver innovative healthcare solutions though multiple business lines, including our accredited DME operations, commercialization, distributions, logistics, and strategic partnerships. As one of the fastest-growing companies in digital healthcare, we are building a world-class operation focused on operational excellence, scalability, compliance, and exceptional customer and patient experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support inventory and fulfillment operations as our patient base scales.

This role sits at the center of our DME supply chain - every VR headset and piece of equipment that reaches a patient passes through this function. You will work with the Fulfillment team and coordinate with vendors, logistics, and onboarding teams to keep equipment moving accurately and on schedule.

This position begins as temporary/hourly to support immediate volume needs, with the opportunity to convert to full-time as the team scales. No two days will look the same. One day you may be kitting equipment for shipment, the next reconciling inventory counts, flagging a vendor delay, or helping build out a more efficient tracking process. If you're organized, reliable, and enjoy hands-on operational work, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Fulfillment

· Kit and ship headsets and equipment (chargers, cases, cleaning supplies) for patient orders

· Monitor inventory levels and incoming shipments; flag low-stock conditions before they affect fulfillment timelines

· Receive and inspect incoming inventory, including confirming device and firmware versions prior to shipment

· Support periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliation

Systems & Process

· Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records within our tracking systems

· Support the transition to more automated or streamlined tracking processes as volume grows

· Help identify and document process improvements as the team scales

Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination

· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on order status, lead times, and delivery schedules

· Manage the return and refurbishment process for equipment coming back from patients

· Communicate proactively with the Supply Chain Manager on discrepancies, delays, or emerging issues

· Take on additional supply chain and operations responsibilities as the role and team evolve

The Ideal Candidate

You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple orders and shipments at once without losing track of the details. You don't wait to be told something is wrong - you notice a discrepancy or a low-stock situation and flag it before it becomes a problem. You're equally comfortable handling physical inventory and keeping digital records accurate, and you understand that precision matters here, as the equipment you're managing is used directly in patient care.

Qualifications

Required

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proficiency with spreadsheets

· Clear, proactive written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to lift and handle equipment and packages as part of daily fulfillment duties

· Dependable and punctual, with flexibility to accommodate periods of higher volume

Preferred

· Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or fulfillment

· Experience with inventory management or MDM (mobile device management) software

· Experience in healthcare, DME, or medical device environments

What Success Looks Like

Within your first few months, you will:

· Become a reliable, trusted operational partner to the Fulfillment team

· Keep inventory accurate and fulfillment on schedule through a period of significant growth

· Help identify and close gaps in current inventory and tracking processes

· Position yourself for conversion to a full-time role as the team scales

Why Join XRHealth?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare company with direct, hands-on exposure to inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics - and a role where accuracy and follow-through have a direct, measurable impact on patient care.
