Lobo Protective Services, LLC is immediately seeking dependable, professional, and motivated Level 1 Unarmed Security Officers to join our Wolfpack throughout Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas of New Mexico.

IMPORTANT QUALIFICATION

Applicants MUST already possess an active New Mexico Level 1 Security Officer Guard Card.

Applicants who have completed the required class but are still waiting for their Guard Card to be issued are not eligible for these openings. If you are waiting for your card, please contact us once you have received it and it is active.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Lobo Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment by:
• Protecting clients, employees, visitors, property, and assets.
• Monitoring building entrances, vehicle gates, and authorized access.
• Conducting patrols and following assigned post orders.
• Observing for suspicious activity, safety concerns, and disturbances.
• Recording accurate notes and reporting incidents promptly.
• Providing courteous, professional customer service.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies and contacting law enforcement when necessary.
• Following company policies, site-specific instructions, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Completing required daily reports in the designated reporting app every shift.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• An active New Mexico Level 1 Security Officer Guard Card.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to follow instructions and complete electronic reports.
• A personal vehicle and mobile phone.
• The ability to work outdoors for extended periods, as required by the assignment.
• Availability to meet scheduling requirements, including at least four days per week.
• Flexibility to travel as needed throughout New Mexico.
