Golf Pro Shop Attendant in WINTER PARK, Florida at Interlachen Country Club Inc

POSITION TITLE: Golf Shop Attendant

JOB SUMMARY: As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will provide excellent customer experience for our members and guests. Assist the Merchandise Manager with sales, promotions, inventory, and ordering.

WORK PERFORMED (may be required to perform any or all duties below):

1. Spread hospitality and goodwill among members and their guests.

2. Keep Golf Shop neat & clean and order/stock supplies.

5. Follow daily Golf Shop procedures.

6. Assist in unpacking and pricing merchandise.

7. Return of defective merchandise.

9. Special orders.

13. Help cart staff when needed.

16. Bag storage updating and billing.

17. *Assist in monthly inventory.

18. *Process merchandise tickets and prepare end-of-day reports.

19. Perform any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

20. Pick up mail from Administration.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. *Lift 50-65 pounds.

2. *Must have a high level of interpersonal skills for staff/member relations.

3. *May be required to stand for long periods of time.

4. *Must be able to work in the heat and sun for prolonged periods of time.

5. *Requires occasional bending, reaching, stretching.

REPORTS TO: Head Golf Professional/Merchandise Manager
