You will take immediate ownership of a warm portfolio across the industrial, logistics, and blue-collar sectors. With active accounts and live vacancies ready to go, you can skip the cold sales phase and focus entirely on candidate delivery. This role is ideal for an experienced professional on a Working Holiday Visa seeking global brand exposure in regional Queensland, or a local applicant looking for a short-term contract with potential for future permanent opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for temporary and contract placements
• Handle active vacancies by writing job advertisements and screening candidates
• Coordinate the complete onboarding and compliance documentation process
• Maintain daily contact with an established client base to understand workforce needs
• Provide fast and reliable staffing solutions while ensuring high levels of client care

What We Are Looking For
• Prior agency recruitment experience, ideally managing fast-paced temporary or blue-collar portfolios
• Strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to established workflows
• Full working rights in Australia through to the end of December
