This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Business Development Representative (BDR III) based in Brazil.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential customers and generating qualified sales opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to build relationships with prospective clients and support the development of new business. Accountabilities
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound activities, including phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Research potential customers and assess their needs, ensuring that prospects align with the company's target audience and business objectives.
  • Analyze the prospecting and conversion funnel to monitor performance and improve the quality of leads passed to the sales team.
  • Qualify leads based on their business needs, potential, and readiness to engage with the company's solutions.
  • Schedule meetings for the Commercial Manager to conduct product presentations, advance sales conversations, and develop business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Ensure that prospect information and communication histories are consistently documented to support collaboration and continuity throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and sales teams to optimize prospecting strategies, improve conversion rates, and contribute to overall commercial performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification.
  • Understanding of B2B corporate sales processes and business development practices.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads, track interactions, and organize sales activities, preferably HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies such as SPIN Selling and BANT.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospective customers through multiple channels.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing prospect information and maintaining CRM records.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work toward targets in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new prospecting strategies, and continuously improve sales performance.
