Sr. Agentic Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Agentic Product Manager based in Canada.

As a Senior Agentic Product Manager, you will lead the design, architecture, and deployment of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions that transform customer experience and business operations. You will work closely with enterprise clients to understand complex workflows, identify automation opportunities, and turn business requirements into intelligent, scalable AI-driven solutions. Combining product management, technical architecture, and customer-facing consulting, you will oversee the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to testing, deployment, and continuous optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Success to deliver reliable, high-performing AI agents. This role offers the opportunity to shape how leading global organizations adopt autonomous AI technologies while driving measurable improvements in efficiency, service quality, and operational performance. Join a remote-first environment at the forefront of enterprise AI innovation, where technical expertise, strategic thinking, and customer impact are central to success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their business processes, operational workflows, key performance indicators, technical requirements, and constraints.
  • Identify opportunities for intelligent automation and design agentic orchestration strategies that leverage AI platforms to streamline complex customer experience workflows.
  • Develop comprehensive solution blueprints covering workflows, data exchanges, escalation paths, operational guardrails, analytics, and AI agent lifecycle management.
  • Define end-to-end Agentic AI architectures, including user intents, agent actions, tools, integration points, decision logic, and orchestration mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with customer technical teams to identify and document integration requirements involving REST APIs, event-driven systems, single sign-on (SSO), CRM platforms, ticketing solutions, and internal enterprise tools.
  • Create detailed integration design documents and support Integration Engineers throughout implementation, troubleshooting, and deployment.
  • Ensure proposed solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, reliability, auditability, governance, and operational scalability.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements, feature enhancements, and technical specifications.
  • Act as the product owner throughout deployment, defining priorities, clarifying requirements, establishing acceptance criteria, and guiding workflow iterations.
  • Work with Quality Assurance teams to validate end-to-end solution behavior, develop test plans, assess real-world scenarios, and establish measurable success criteria.
  • Review AI agent interactions and outputs to improve user experience, response quality, workflow accuracy, and overall system performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders across Customer Experience, Operations, Digital Transformation, and Engineering, providing architectural guidance and strategic recommendations.
  • Present solution designs, implementation best practices, and product roadmap recommendations to technical and business audiences.
  • Train customer teams on agentic workflows, governance practices, and performance optimization strategies to support successful adoption.
  • Drive timely, high-quality project delivery while minimizing rework and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop reusable playbooks, workflow templates, and integration patterns to improve implementation efficiency and scalability across customer engagements.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise in Agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), workflow orchestration, enterprise software, and emerging automation technologies.
Requirements:
  • Between 4 and 10 years of professional experience in Solutions Architecture, Implementation Consulting, Product Consulting, Workflow Design, or a related field within enterprise SaaS or AI platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience designing complex business workflows and technical integrations across enterprise systems.
  • Strong ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into detailed technical specifications, and drive execution from solution design through deployment.
  • Proven customer-facing consulting experience, with excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, data flows, system integrations, and enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, including Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Integration, and Quality Assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex operational challenges into structured, scalable technical solutions.
  • A customer-oriented and delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities, communicate technical trade-offs, and maintain alignment between business objectives and implementation requirements.
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience with Conversational AI, Agentic AI, robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent automation, CRM and ticketing platforms, or LLM-powered products.
  • Hands-on experience designing business logic, decision trees, orchestration strategies, and automated workflows is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in industries such as aviation, banking and financial services (BFSI), telecommunications, retail, or large-scale customer support is a plus.
  • A strong interest in emerging AI technologies and the ability to stay current with developments in autonomous agents, enterprise AI architecture, and workflow automation.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first flexibility: Work remotely from Canada while collaborating with enterprise customers and distributed cross-functional teams.
  • Full-time opportunity: Take on a strategic role at the intersection of product management, enterprise technology, and AI innovation.
  • Cutting-edge technology: Work with Agentic AI, large language models, intelligent automation, and advanced workflow orchestration solutions.
  • Meaningful customer impact: Help global enterprises improve customer experiences, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency through scalable AI-driven solutions.
