About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our patient experience. Working under the guidance of the Nurse Manager or Director, and under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional, skilled, and age-specific care. You aren't just checking off a list of duties—you are a vital collaborator working alongside physicians and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure our patients receive high-quality, compassionate care.

Your Impact:

• Direct Bedside Support: Deliver essential daily care, assist with clinical procedures, manage ADLs, and accurately monitor vital signs.
• Proactive Observation: Serve as the clinical "eyes and ears" by closely monitoring patient status and reporting any critical changes to the supervising Nurse or Physician.
• Clear Communication: Advocate for our patients by ensuring their immediate needs are communicated efficiently across the care team.
• Precise Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all patient interactions and care details within the medical chart.

The night shift pay differential will be paid at 18% of the employee's base rate of pay. The weekend shift pay differential will be paid at 8% of the employee's base rate of pay.
