In this role, you’ll perform high-quality mammography procedures while ensuring safety, comfort, and accuracy at every step.

What You’ll Do

• Perform a variety of mammography procedures using advanced imaging technology
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and the Lead Technologist to deliver accurate diagnostic results
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and care throughout all procedures
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and imaging protocols
• Accurately document procedures using PACS and HIS/RIS systems
• Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and professionalism

What You Bring

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (required)

Experience

• Previous experience in radiologic technology (preferred)
• Prior mammography experience (strongly preferred)

Licensure & Certification

• Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (Radiography and Mammography) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire)
• ARRT certification in Diagnostic Radiology (required)
• ARRT certification in Mammography (required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers (required)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Proficiency with imaging systems, including PACS and HIS/RIS
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and technical skills
