Job Description
CONTROLLER
OWN THE NUMBERS. LEAD THE TEAM.
Lead the close, strengthen the controls, and turn financial data into decisions across the Paradigm Group of Companies.
The Paradigm Group of Companies (PGC) is hiring a Controller to lead accounting, reporting, and cost accounting across our construction and manufacturing businesses. Reporting to the VP Finance, you will own the monthly close, lead audit and year-end, and build the controls and systems that keep our numbers accurate and our decisions fast. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who wants to shape the finance function of a growing, data-driven housing and construction group.
This is a remote role, and candidates based in the Okanagan will be prioritized. Kamloops is preferred, and we are open to other areas in the Okanagan. You will lead the accounting team, work closely with operations leaders, and deliver the reporting that leadership and ownership rely on.
