What You’ll Earn

• Starting at $22/hour

• 2-hour minimum pay per call-in — even if the work takes less than 2 hours

• End-of-season bonus for employees who work all scheduled shifts

What You'll Do

As a Snow Operator, you'll help keep our commercial and residential properties safe and accessible during winter weather.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Operating snowplows and other snow-removal equipment

• Shoveling and clearing snow from sidewalks and walkways

• Clearing commercial and residential properties

• Helping ensure properties are safe and accessible after snow events

• Communicating with the Pro-Mow team throughout snow events

• Working efficiently and safely in winter weather conditions

When You'll Work

Snow removal is event-based, meaning you work when winter weather requires it.

Snow events typically occur during overnight and early-morning hours, with shifts generally falling between midnight and 6 AM, depending on weather conditions. Some weekend availability may also be required.

What You Need

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation to and from Pro-Mow's main location

• Ability to work overnight and early-morning hours when snow events occur

• Ability to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions

• Reliable and dependable work ethic

• Ability to follow directions and work safely

• Previous snowplowing or equipment experience is a plus, but training may be available for the right candidate
