- Stay informed about changes in insurance policies, government programs, and community resources relevant to patient care.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in financial counseling, social work, or related healthcare support roles.

- Strong understanding of insurance plans, Medicaid, and financial assistance programs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.

- Ability to explain complex financial information clearly and empathetically.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
