Job Title: Game Operations

The Part-Time Game Operations Employee assists with the planning, preparation, and execution of game operations and game presentation. This position supports the successful delivery of home games and related events while providing leadership, direction, and support to the game operations intern crew.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of all home game operations. Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.

· Support the delivery of an engaging, professional, and consistent game presentation. Work with arena staff, team personnel, vendors, sponsors, and other game-day partners as needed.

· Assist with preparation and execution of pre-game, on-ice, and in-arena promotions, contests, entertainment elements, and special events.

· Ensure assigned game-day areas, equipment, materials, and supplies are prepared before the start of each game. Assist with post-game breakdown, cleanup, inventory, and preparation for the next event.

· Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and preparation of the team's intern crew.

· Provide direction and leadership to interns during game preparation and game-day operations. Serve as a primary point of contact for interns during games and events. Conduct pre-game meetings and provide interns with assignments, expectations, and important game-day information.

· Monitor intern performance and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback as appropriate.

· Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

· Perform other reasonable duties related to the position as assigned.

Scheduling:

· Work schedule will be established in advance with supervisor based on team schedule, needs and employee availability. Any request to change the scheduled shift should be communicated to the supervisor as soon as possible.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour

· Pay Frequency: Every two weeks

· Employment Status: Part-Time

· Colorado Sick Pay: 1 hour earned per 30 hours worked.
