We are seeking a qualified Automotive Development & Cost Specialist with experience in both automotive product development and cost management.

• Support automotive product development projects from planning through production.
• Analyze and manage product development costs.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and cost breakdown reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Communicate effectively with Korean and English-speaking teams.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive product development and cost-related functions.
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Fluent in both Korean and English (Required).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
