Accurately enter customer orders into the system

Communicate with customers, dispatchers, and drivers regarding shipments and scheduling

Monitor and update shipment information as needed

Ensure order details, appointment times, and special instructions are correct

Assist with issue resolution and provide exceptional customer service

Maintain organized records and documentation

Support daily operational needs within the dedicated division

Previous customer service, logistics, transportation, or order entry experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems

Transportation or trucking industry experience is a plus
