We are specifically seeking candidates who hold active Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification and have experience working in a preschool classroom, daycare center, childcare center, or early childhood education setting.
As a Preschool Teacher at Magical Beginnings, you will play an important role in helping children build foundational academic, social, and emotional skills through engaging curriculum, structured classroom routines, and meaningful relationships with children and families.

What A Typical Day May Include:- Planning and implementing age-appropriate preschool curriculum and classroom activities aligned with Massachusetts early childhood education standards
- Creating a nurturing, organized, and engaging preschool classroom environment that supports learning through play, exploration, and structured routines
- Leading daily classroom activities including circle time, learning centers, meals, outdoor play, rest time, and transitions throughout the school day
- Supporting children’s cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Supervising children throughout the day while maintaining active engagement, classroom management, and safe teacher-to-child ratios
- Building positive relationships and strong communication with families regarding classroom activities, developmental progress, and student milestones
- Maintaining classroom cleanliness, sanitization, and organization in accordance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and health and safety standards
- Collaborating with Assistant Teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive, team-oriented childcare environment
- Preparing lesson plans, classroom materials, and educational activities that encourage creativity, independence, and school readiness
- Ensuring compliance with all Massachusetts EEC childcare licensing requirements, center policies, and early childhood education quality standards
- Supporting a classroom culture centered around kindness, patience, professionalism, and positive child guidance practices

- EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (required)
- One year of experience in a preschool, daycare, or early childhood education setting required
- Strong understanding of child development (ages 2.9–5)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for early childhood education and working with preschool-age children
- Ability to meet all Massachusetts EEC requirements
$18 - $24 an hour
