This role is a senior client-facing analytics and digital strategy position focused on turning complex data ecosystems into actionable business insights. You will work across enterprise clients to define measurement strategies, improve digital performance, and guide the use of Adobe and Google analytics platforms. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge business objectives with technical implementation across multi-channel environments. The role combines hands-on analytics expertise with consulting, enabling organizations to better understand customer behavior and optimize digital journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders, to shape data-driven strategies. You will lead the definition and execution of analytics strategies across enterprise client environments, ensuring digital initiatives are measurable, actionable, and aligned with business goals. You will translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and insights that guide decision-making and optimization efforts.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to define digital analytics strategy, KPIs, and success metrics across customer journeys
- Deliver insights and recommendations using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, GA4, and related MarTech tools
- Lead workshops to gather requirements, uncover business needs, and translate them into measurement plans and tagging strategies
- Support implementation and configuration of analytics solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud and Google Analytics ecosystems
- Provide pre-sales and advisory support, helping shape proposals and digital strategy recommendations for enterprise clients
- Create executive-level presentations and storytelling outputs that communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Drive continuous improvement of digital experiences through data analysis, experimentation, and audience insights
This role requires strong experience in digital analytics consulting, ideally within enterprise or agency environments, with deep familiarity across Adobe and Google analytics ecosystems. You should be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and translating data into strategic business outcomes.
- 5–8+ years of experience in digital analytics, business consulting, or data-driven digital strategy roles
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, CDP, Audience Manager)
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and broader digital analytics implementation and reporting
- Solid understanding of modern MarTech ecosystems, audience segmentation, and customer experience analytics
- Experience running client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews
- Strong ability to translate data insights into business recommendations and executive-ready presentations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences
- Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional digital transformation initiatives
