Lead Product Manager, US Product & Enterprise

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Manager, US Product & Enterprise in United States.

This is a senior individual contributor role shaping the future of enterprise product experiences for large-scale, US-based customers. You will own the strategy and roadmap for mission-critical workflows that power complex, multi-location, high-volume workforces. Acting as the key product authority for US market needs, you will translate regulatory, customer, and competitive signals into clear product direction. You will partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure delivery aligns with real enterprise expectations. This role combines deep product craft with strong technical fluency and high-stakes decision-making. Operating across multiple squads, you will influence priorities, elevate product quality, and ensure consistency across enterprise experiences. It is a highly visible role with significant impact on both customer outcomes and product strategy at scale.

Accountabilities
  • Define and own the end-to-end US enterprise product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead key enterprise initiatives that establish scalable patterns for large, complex workforce customers across compliance, scheduling, payroll, and workforce management workflows.
  • Serve as the primary US product authority, influencing decisions across multiple squads and ensuring consistency in product direction.
  • Translate regulatory changes, customer feedback, and market dynamics into clear, prioritized product requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to evaluate enterprise commitments, support deals, and shape roadmap expectations.
  • Ensure product integrity across US enterprise surfaces by identifying issues, driving root-cause analysis, and defining corrective actions.
  • Mentor and influence other product managers, raising the overall standard of product thinking and execution.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with broad, portfolio-level ownership.
  • Strong expertise in US-based hourly workforce industries, including regulatory, payroll, scheduling, and time-and-attendance systems.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale products for complex, multi-location organizations.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to interpret APIs, data flows, system behavior, and production issues.
  • Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers, including executives, procurement, and security stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex multi-system problems.
  • Demonstrated leadership without authority, with the ability to influence across cross-functional and product teams.
  • Experience working with AI/ML-powered systems is highly valued, particularly in classification or human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Background in workforce management, HR tech, payroll, or related enterprise SaaS domains is strongly preferred.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $162,400 – $223,300 annually (based on experience and skills).
  • Flexible remote-first work policy with home office support stipend.
  • Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) to participate in company growth.
  • Paid parental leave and family support benefits.
  • 401(k) matching to support long-term financial planning.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage and mental health support via Spring Health.
  • Commuter reimbursement program and additional paid leave (PTO, study days, volunteering, and celebration days).
  • Access to global collaboration groups focused on inclusion, belonging, and connection.
