Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on distributor and indirect channel revenue growth, ensuring achievement of pipeline and sales objectives.
  • Build and execute strategies to expand presence within distributor ecosystems and identify new channel opportunities across key markets.
  • Establish strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and ecosystem partners to drive co-sell initiatives and partner engagement.
  • Oversee partner-driven sales cycles, including pipeline generation, forecasting, deal support, and revenue execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Alliances, Product, and GTM teams to align channel strategies and enable scalable growth.
  • Create repeatable partner enablement frameworks, sales processes, and operational best practices to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, partner performance, and channel dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales motions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2–3 years in sales leadership or team management roles.
  • Proven background in SaaS, cloud technology, or related enterprise technology sales environments.
  • Strong expertise in partner ecosystems, indirect sales models, distribution channels, and cloud marketplace strategies.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of channel incentive programs, co-sell frameworks, and partner-led revenue strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, CPQ tools, CLM platforms, and sales forecasting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a remote-first and fast-moving environment.
