Customer Service & Sales Representative in Dover, Delaware at Carroll Water

Pay: $18.00/hour + bonus
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Location: Dover, DE – In Office

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This position combines customer service, lead generation, follow-up, and sales support.

• Provide friendly customer service in person, by phone, and by email.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer information.
• Assist with marketing materials, promotions, and social media.
• Support sales and business development efforts.
• Represent the company at occasional home shows and other events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, primarily working in the office.

Occasional Saturdays may be required for home shows or other events. When a Saturday is required, your schedule will be adjusted during the same week to provide time off during the week.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional and comfortable interacting with customers.
