Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all baked items meet quality, taste, and presentation standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for ingredients and supplies

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create cohesive and appealing dessert menus

- Train and supervise junior pastry staff as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen

- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and dessert presentation

- Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
