The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. If you're confident managing high-rise condominium communities, building strong relationships with councils, and navigating complex situations with professionalism and care, we'd love to hear from you.
As the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting councils, and ensuring the operational and financial success of the communities you manage.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium properties.
• Build trusted relationships with strata councils, owners, residents, and service providers.
• Provide guidance on governance, budgeting, maintenance planning, and community operations.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reporting, and council recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, bylaws, and company standards.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to maintain strong property performance.
• Resolve issues proactively while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Attend council meetings and support councils with timely communication and follow-through.

What You Bring

• Valid General CMRAO Licence.
• Minimum 3 years of condominium property management experience.
• Experience managing high-rise condominium communities.
• Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable using property management software and technology-based tools.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between properties.
• RCM designation, or progress toward obtaining one, is considered an asset.
