What does a day in the life as a Partnership Manager look like?

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new referral partners, building a pipeline of advisory firms aligned with target verticals and deal sizes
- Manage the full referral lifecycle, from intake and qualification through handoff to sales, tracking deal status and closing the loop with the referring partner
- Act as the internal advocate for partner-sourced deals, coordinating with sales, solutions, and marketing to ensure fast turnaround and a strong prospect experience
- Educate partners on the organization's service offerings, technology stack, and points of differentiation so they can position the organization accurately and confidently
- Develop and execute a partner engagement cadence, including regular check-ins, business reviews, newsletters, and co-marketing touchpoints
- Represent the organization at industry events, advisor conferences, and networking functions to build visibility within the outsourcing advisory community
- Track partner performance and referral pipeline in the CRM, reporting on partner-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue
- Collaborate with marketing on partner enablement content, such as one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards, that helps advisors sell the organization into their client base
- Provide market feedback to leadership on partner needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends in the outsourcing advisory space
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
- Continuously improve knowledge of partnership strategy, channel development, and industry best practices through training and learning initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
What are the required qualifications for a Partnership Manager?

- Existing familiarity with the outsourcing advisory ecosystem, including sourcing advisors, consultants, and brokers, is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of building and managing a referral or channel pipeline that translated into closed revenue
- Strong relationship-management skills, with the ability to serve as the primary point of contact for an external network of influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent a tech-forward BPO story credibly to sophisticated advisors
- Experience with CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, for pipeline and partner tracking
- Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage a multi-partner portfolio with minimal oversight
- Willingness to travel for industry events and in-person partner meetings, estimated at 15% to 25%
