Position Summary:

• The Dental Director provides clinical leadership and oversight for the organization’s dental program, ensuring safe, ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered oral healthcare across pediatric, perinatal, adult, and integrated care services.

• This role serves as the primary clinical authority for dental standards, quality assurance, provider supervision, clinical protocols, peer review, infection prevention, and interdisciplinary dental-medical collaboration.

• The Dental Director maintains an active patient care schedule while guiding workforce development, academic partnerships, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, community oral health initiatives, and providing direct patient care consistent with organizational expectations and clinical privileges.

• The Dental Director works collaboratively with Operations Director of Dental & Specialty Services, and reports to the Chief Medical Officer.
