Holiday Team Member - Logistic & Production Support in Kew, Victoria at Cullen Jewellery

Our Logistics & Production team needs a hand over the busy period, this could be you if you're already part-time and would love extra shifts or to flex up to full-time for this period on top of your current roster, or you know someone, a sibling, partner, friend looking for casual work this over the holiday period.

What's involved
2–3 days a week minimum, flexible with which days across Monday–Friday, with flexible hours (roughly 9am–5pm), we can work around your existing roster if you a flexing up hours. Open to casual/part-time/full-time during this period for yourself or if you know someone who could support.

• Casual role, paid at Level 2 under the Retail Award ($28.45/hr ordinary, $35.56/hr casual incl. loading)
• 30-minute unpaid meal break per day
• Start date is ASAP through to 29 January 2027
• We'll throw in a $100 cash payment to you in refer someone you know

Logistics support:

• Retrieving B2C orders from the rear cabinets and packing them once ready in Sales Tools
• Retrieving and preparing B2B orders
• Restocking packaging materials and folding shipping boxes
• Preparing and labelling ring sizer kits for the Brand & Marketing team
• Receiving diamonds and completing the required handling processes
• Adding labels to job packets
• Assisting with stock and operational audits

Production support:

• Filming completed orders
• Boxing completed orders and placing them in the appropriate storage location
• Sorting diamond certificates
