To provide safe and aesthetically pleasing facilities for clients and staff by maintaining buildings through good repair, by means of a Work Order system, Preventative Maintenance system, and by meeting the needs of the staff. To make alterations to buildings through remodeling and/or new construction to meet the requirements of KidsPeace.

Competencies:
High School Graduate or equivalent required.
Graduate of accredited trade school and at least 3 years of applicable experience required.
Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge of different phases of building construction preferred.
Sound understanding and interpretation of blue prints required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
