πΌ About the RoleWe are looking for an outgoing, positive, and organized Administrative Assistant who enjoys working with people and has a happy, upbeat attitude. This is a high-volume communication role that requires someone who is comfortable answering a large number of calls and conducting frequent patient outreach throughout the day.
π― Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer a high volume of incoming patient calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Conduct frequent outbound calls and patient outreach for follow-ups and outstanding needs.
Handle patient follow-ups and ensure paperwork is complete and hair/specimen samples are mailed in a timely manner.
Schedule and manage appointments accurately and professionally.
Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative records.
Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with the internal team to maintain smooth workflows and efficient task completion.
Outgoing, friendly, and naturally positive with a happy, can-do attitude.
Comfortable talking to patients throughout the day and making frequent outbound calls.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and administrative platforms.
Self-starter with strong follow-up skills.
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
