2. Experience is preferred but not required for entry level positions. Experience is required for skilled or licensed positions such as CDL Drivers, heavy equipment operators, skilled pipe crews, concrete finisher, foremen, and mechanics.

3. Ability to lift heavy loads.

4. Excellent stamina.

5. Ability to work 8–10-hour days in the harsh weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold and rain.
