We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who enjoys solving problems, providing outstanding

customer service, and making a difference for both our customers and coworkers.

Core Accountabilities

  • Establish and maintain customer accounts.
  • Monitor accounts and apply payments accurately.
  • Partner with store teams to provide exceptional internal customer service.
  • Help improve Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Scan and maintain accounting records.
  • Assist with incoming mail and phone calls.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all assigned duties
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
  • Support the Accounting team wherever needed.

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Two or more years of accounting or Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with others.
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to use and manage a multi-line phone
