YINZ BINZ FLOATER
JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt
JOB OVERVIEW:
Yinz Binz buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through in-store shopping. The Yinz Binz Floater position works within the Removal Team to help check the customers in and out and assist them as they shop in the store. The entire Removal Team provides every shopper with exemplary service. This position reports to the Removal Team Lead.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Walk the aisles of the store to assist customers while they are shopping
- Maintain a presence in the store to prevent theft
- Moves items around in the bins as items are removed
- Assists as the Check In/Out Clerk as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and GM
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, and 50 pounds with a team lift
- Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
- Must be tech-savvy, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be customer-focused
