Program Manager - Moxie Transitional Housing

Salary: $60,000 annually

Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm with some flexibility required

New Avenues for Youth seeks a compassionate and resilient Program Manager to join our Moxie housing team.

As the Moxie Program Manager, you'll be a consistent and intentional guide for youth navigating difficult paths. What You'll Do:

• Lead by Example: Build trust and rapport with youth and staff using a trauma informed lens; model a strengths-based approach while also holding people accountable.
• Collaborate with Others: Foster positive relationships with youth, the housing teams, and broader agency teams to support the access of resources and coordination of services.
• Support Growth and Learning: Help onboard and train new staff, engage in supportive coaching conversations with program staff, and promote professional development.
• Document the Journey: Maintain accurate and timely records related to youth engagements as well as staff supervision, ensuring that contract, licensing, and program expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work, or equivalent experience working with high-risk youth
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with high-risk youth and/or in a residential facility
• At least one year of supervisory experience
