We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of production planning solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable business transformation.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to deliver impactful SAP solutions.
The position requires strong expertise in PP configuration, MRP optimization, and integration with related SAP modules.
You will contribute to end-to-end implementations, business workshops, solution design, and post-go-live support.

The SAP PP Consultant will be responsible for leading SAP S/4HANA Production Planning initiatives, from solution design and configuration through implementation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient manufacturing solutions.

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP implementations and rollouts on SAP S/4HANA platforms.
• Design, configure, and optimize core Production Planning processes, including Demand Management, PIRs, S&OP, MRP/MRP Live, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Production Orders, and Process Orders.
• Configure and improve MRP processes, including planning strategies, lot sizing, safety stock, lead times, exception handling, and performance tuning.
• Manage SAP PP master data configuration, including Material Master MRP views, BOMs, Routings, Production Versions, Work Centers, and capacity models.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO teams to ensure effective cross-module integration.
• Support PP-DS integration, Advanced ATP processes, and manufacturing planning improvements.
• Conduct business workshops, fit-gap analyses, solution design sessions, UAT support, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop functional specifications, mentor junior consultants, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
• Support global rollouts, multi-plant implementations, and continuous process improvements.

The ideal candidate brings extensive SAP PP functional expertise, strong manufacturing process knowledge, and experience delivering complex SAP transformation projects. You should be comfortable working independently with business stakeholders while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• 8–12 years of SAP PP experience with strong hands-on configuration expertise.
• Proven experience delivering at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP on S/4HANA, including MRP Live, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with discrete and/or process manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of production costing, WIP, and variance analysis.
• SAP PP or S/4HANA certification is preferred.
• Experience with embedded PP-DS on S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Advanced ATP (aATP), Fiori manufacturing applications, Clean Core principles, and S/4HANA best practices is a plus.
• Experience with SAP IBP integration, Agile/Activate methodologies, or global SAP rollouts is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Comfortable working independently in client-facing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in technology, engineering, business, or a related field.
