Singlepoint Healthcare is looking for a People Operations M&A Integrations Specialist to help bring people, processes, and systems together as we grow!

This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, and turning complex integrations into seamless employee experiences.

✔️ Build HR integration playbooks, trackers, timelines, and standardized processes
✔️ Coordinate HR workstreams across acquisitions and business integrations
✔️ Organize and validate employee data for HRIS, payroll, benefits, and reporting
✔️ Support job mapping, compensation alignment, organizational structures, and employee transitions
✔️ Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and Legal
✔️ Reconcile HRIS reports, employee census files, and payroll data to ensure accuracy
✔️ Identify integration risks, resolve gaps, and keep projects moving forward
✔️ Help create scalable, efficient People & Culture processes for a growing organization

🎓 Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
💼 5–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience
📊 Strong background in HR operations, HRIS, employee data, payroll, benefits, and compliance
🧩 Experience coordinating complex HR workstreams, validating data, reconciling reports, and improving processes
💻 Strong technical aptitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail
🤝 Ability to collaborate across departments and manage competing priorities
🎯 Independent, resourceful problem-solver who takes ownership and delivers results

🚀 Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, HR integrations, or HR transformation initiatives
🏥 Experience in healthcare, multi-state, private equity-backed, or high-growth organizations
💻 Familiarity with ADP, Paycom, or similar HRIS/payroll platforms
📋 Experience building integration tools, playbooks, and standardized processes
❤️ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
