• Build a Winning Team: Lead, coach, and develop residential service plumbers who take pride in their work and consistently deliver results.
• Get in the Field: Conduct ride-alongs, provide hands-on coaching, and help technicians sharpen their technical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Drive the Numbers: Own department performance, revenue goals, productivity, KPIs, and overall profitability. Know your numbers and know how to improve them.
• Set the Standard: Create a culture of accountability where expectations are clear, performance matters, and everyone takes ownership.
• Solve Problems Fast: Be the person your team can count on when challenging service calls, customer concerns, or operational issues arise.
• Develop Top Performers: Identify strengths, coach weaknesses, and help good technicians become great ones.
• Keep Things Moving: Work closely with dispatch, recruiting, and leadership to improve scheduling, communication, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Think Bigger: Find opportunities to grow the department, improve processes, and build a stronger operation.

• Strong residential service plumbing experience with solid technical knowledge.
• Previous leadership or management experience in the plumbing industry.
• A track record of developing technicians and improving team performance.
• A strong understanding of revenue, KPIs, productivity, and service department operations.
• The confidence to make decisions, solve problems, and hold people accountable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to earn your team's respect.
• A competitive mindset with the drive to hit goals and push beyond them.
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
