Customer Service Rep in Mooresville, North Carolina at Amiad USA Inc

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as the primary point of contact for order processing

customer inquiries, and account management. This role utilizes SAP daily to generate customer price

quotes, manage sales orders, track shipments, verify inventory, and resolve billing or delivery issues.

This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

 Order Management in SAP: Enter, update, and track customer sales orders, backorders, and

returns using SAP ERP modules (such as SD/MM).

 Customer Support: Answer incoming phone calls, emails regarding product availability, pricing,

order status, and shipping details.

 Account Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, finance, and

sales) to ensure on-time delivery and resolve discrepancies.

 Issue Resolution: Handles customer complaints, shipping errors, or damaged goods, and process

replacement orders or credits.

 Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer interaction logs, account updates, and

documentation in SAP.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

 Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or sales administration.

 Technical Skills:

o Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred, (navigating sales and distribution [SD] or

materials management [MM] modules).

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, patience, and

problem-solving abilities.

 Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong time management

in a fast-paced environment.
