Position title: HR Business Partner I

Location: Remote, United States | (Remote)
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Five to eight years of experience in Human Resources, International Development, or a combination of the two.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Oracle
• Experience developing and implementing Onboarding programs.
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural and/or humanitarian context.
• Experience managing high volume of transactional human resources details across a complex multi-country, multi-payroll, and multi-employer environment.
• Experience providing HRBP administrative support for workers employed by an Employer of Record.
• Experience administering international assignment program benefits.
