Job Description

As our Director of Sales & Growth, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving production, expanding market presence, and intentionally growing a high-performing team of real estate professionals.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative leadership team to implement systems, coaching, and growth initiatives that elevate performance across the board. We’re looking for a leader who can think strategically, execute consistently, and inspire others through a hands-on, high-accountability approach.

Compensation:

$225,000+ Base + Commission


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive market share growth.
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting systems to attract top talent and expand our team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute our overall growth strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
