Compensation:$225,000+ Base + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive market share growth.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting systems to attract top talent and expand our team.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute our overall growth strategy.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
